Paul H. Schafhauser is a litigation partner at Chiesa, Shahinian and Giantomasi, a prominent law firm in the New York metropolitan area (CSG). CSG is also General Counsel to Max Cure Foundation (MCF). Paul focuses his practice on complex commercial and contractual disputes. Prior to joining CSG, Paul was a partner at another major law firm in the New York City region and before that, was General Counsel to a large real estate development company in the New York metropolitan area. He graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1993 receiving a J.D. degree. Earlier in his career, Paul worked on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch and Salomon Brothers after graduating from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received in 1987 a B.S. in Economics degree. Paul lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.

Anne Robertson who has been a key partner and strategist to socially responsible businesses and non-profit corporations for over 15 years, is an investor, fundraiser, environmental health advocate, especially for children’s health, and entrepreneur.  She prides herself on bringing people together on the important issues of our time.  She currently serves on the following Boards: Mt. Sinai Children’s Environmental Health Center; Healthy Child Healthy World; Clean Products Action; Texas Campaign for the Environment; and American Performing Arts Collaborative and Health Code.  In addition, Anne is an Advisory Board Member for the Sustainable Food Center in Austin, Texas, and is active in bringing healthy vending programs to schools, universities and youth sports centers.  Anne hopes to assist Max Cure Foundation in bringing attention to the issue of prevention of cancer in children, supplementing MCF’s research mission in which it seeks to find cures for the disease and to fund research to discover less toxic treatments for children with cancer.  Anne lives in Austin Texas with her husband, Matthew, and is the mother of three children.

Sam Tobias has over 25 years of Wall Street experience. He was the Managing Member of SES Partners, a New York based Long/Short Equity Hedge Fund and a Senior Partner and Portfolio Manager at the Circle T Partners Family of Funds, a Multi-Strategy Investment Fund. Sam also has deep experience investing in the private sector, particularly in the Healthcare arena, most recently co-founding Endeavor Plus, Inc, a partially self-insured health benefits solution for small and medium businesses. Sam graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in English Literature and lives in Rumson, NJ with his wife and 2 children.”

Daniel Pfeffer has an extensive track record of building and exiting specialty online retailers to both private equity sponsors and strategic investors. He has held multiple senior level positions at top 100 internet retailers in a variety of categories. Previous experience includes roles as an operating partner with New York investment bank Aleutian Capital Group and Senior Manager with Rakuten’s affiliate solution provider Linkshare Corporation. Daniel holds an MBA and BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is an avid skier and is a member of the YPO organization. Daniel is also the co-founder and chairman of the Spreading Smiles for Saige Foundation.

John Gaiters is a fashion model, health activist, and founder of the Arkansas Fashion Council. John was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to a military (U.S. Air Force) family; but considers himself a native Arkansan, being raised nearby on Little Rock Air Force Base. He holds an undergraduate degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Arkansas. Being the son of a highly decorated military veteran, John was the recipient of a four–year education scholarship from No Greater Sacrifice Organization.
