Empire Flyers are Taking it to the Max!

The Max Cure Foundation is excited to announce that we been invited to bring Dunk Your Kicks to the Empire State Marathon and New York State Health and Wellness Expo in Syracuse, NY on October 17^th – 19^th.  Get ready to clean out your closets and Dunk Your Kicks for pediatric cancer! Whether you are running the race, supporting a loved one, or checking out the fantastic vendors at the expo, you can make a difference by donating your used sneakers.

In addition we have been selected as the charity of choice to benefit from the Empire Flyer kids race. The Empire Flyer Run is open to kids and family of all ages. Registration is only $12 when you sign up online and $15 on race day. Proceeds from this event will benefit The Max Cure Foundation and will be used to fund research for pediatric cancer causes at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where Max was treated. The first 100 children who enter the Empire Flyer race will receive a Team Max Cure t-shirt courtesy of EvolvAthletics.

The Empire Crew is proud to announce a new flat, faster and safer Boston Qualifier course.   It will allow the marathon runners to enjoy the main highlight of the race, Onondaga Lake Park with spectacular views of Onondaga Lake throughout the course.
